1. Everything a clone says is AI-generated
Clone replies are produced by artificial intelligence models. They can be wrong, outdated, incomplete or entirely fabricated (“hallucinated”), even when they sound confident. They do not represent the views of the Mnemoir team.
2. A clone is not a real person
A clone is a simulation built from the material you provided. It is not the actual person, it does not have that person's current knowledge or intentions, and it may misremember or invent details. Do not treat a clone's statements as the words, promises or opinions of the real person it resembles.
3. No professional advice
Nothing produced by the Service is medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas. Do not rely on a clone for emergencies.
4. Not a substitute for mental-health care
Mnemoir is a companionship product, not a therapist and not a crisis service. 6. Cloning and voice responsibility
You are solely responsible for having the consent of any living person you clone and the rights to any voice recording you upload. Using cloned likenesses or voices to deceive others is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
